Advantages of listing with SWFL-golf-homes...

     I will take the pictures and do all the up front work to list your properties. I maintain an email list of people interested in rentals and purchases in this area. I also advertise in several major newspapers to attract new prospects to the site. The big difference between other vacation rental web sites and this one is that I am not trying to rent properties all over the world. I am focused on the area between Venice and Punta Gorda and will personally be able to discuss each property advertised on the site with the prospect. This is a huge selling factor since with most sites the prospects are simply looking at a picture and dealing with the owners and may not have any confidence in the information being provided. I provide confidence to these prospects through a rating system (1-6 stars) I display on the website and I also can talk objectively with the prospects about each site displayed on the website and be helpful by assisting the prospect in finding a good match for his/her needs and interests.

Listing a rental unit can be done with the following options:

  1) List it free and pay only on signed lease agreements at 5% (I will handle all contacts and keep you informed of progress).
  2) List it free and hire me to collect monies, clean after each tenant, troubleshoot problems, etc.... for 10% of monthly rent.
  3) LIst it and have all inquires sent directly to you. This will be a flat fee of $35 monthly.

I do require an inspection of all rental properties before placement. I will also take digital pictures if needed.

     Although I am focused on Golf Course Community rentals I do list other properties that are clean and attractive in this area. I also will list properties for sale for free other than a small setup fee ($50) and a small payment if a lead from this site purchases the property.
