| Special Programs for Renters: | Renters can use the facilites (golf, fitness, tennis, pool, club house) as guests of another member, purchase a social membership for $60 a month (but there is a $3000 inititiationm fee), or have the owner of the unit being rented transfer his membership. Members pay $400+ monthly for green fees. The course is semi-private so renters can also simply pay at full rates which is $60-$90 in season. |
