| Rating Explanation: | Very nice course but very challenging with tight, rolling and sloping fairways. The community is relatively small with less than 300 homes/condos. The location is excellent and close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. |
| Special Programs for Renters: | Golf course is a semi-private course separate from the housing community. Therefore, you may play as often as you want for normal green fees. Fairly new community, very clean, nicely landscaped. Great place to rent. |
